Even though Manhattan is my home town these days, taking a vacation here and seeing it through a visitor’s eyes was quite wonderful.  I took full advantage of all that this city has to offer - and that means I’m now broke! Back in the world of books.  I did come across this quotation which I think applies to so many of us:
